Witten and Nolletti of M&M named senior vice presidents investments

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, one of the nation's largest real estate investment services firms, has promoted Steve Witten and Victor Nolletti to senior vice presidents investments. The senior vice president investments designation is one of the highest levels a Marcus & Millichap investment professional can attain, according to John Kerin, president and chief executive officer. Previously, Witten and Nolletti were both first vice presidents investments. They will continue in their roles as executive directors of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA). "Steve and Victor's accomplishments in the multifamily sector are a testament to their deep understanding of the marketplace, their dedication to serving the needs of institutional and major private investors and their superior transaction skills," said Kerin. "They are invaluable resources for our clients and they have helped make IPA one of the top multifamily brokerages in the country." Witten joined Marcus & Millichap in July 1999. He was promoted to senior investment associate in July 2002, to vice president investments in January 2008 and to first vice president investments in January 2009. Nolletti also joined Marcus & Millichap in July 1999. He was promoted to senior investment associate in July 2002, to vice president investments in January 2008 and to first vice president investments in January 2009.
