Hudson, MA SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston completed the recent lease of 5,000 s/f of office/medical space at 1 Cabot Rd. Advisor Alex Wood and senior advisor, Garrett Quinn, represented the tenant, Charles River Medical Associates. Craig Johnston, of R.W. Holmes Realty Co., represented the landlord, Creative Cabot LLC.

Charles River Medical Associates provides primary care, urgent care and advanced medical solutions at 15 locations in 10 MetroWest communities including Ashland, Framingham, Holliston, Hudson, Marlborough, Millis, Natick, Northborough, Wellesley and Westborough. Charles River Medical Associates was looking to relocate to a class A building but stay locally to continue to serve their current patients and clientele.

“Charles River Medical Associates will continue to provide excellent care and service at their new location. It was a pleasure to represent them in their search for a new medical office” said Wood.
