Wilder Companies completes 12,000 s/f PetSmart

PetSmart, one of the largest specialty pet retailers of services and solutions for the lifetime needs of pets, is celebrating its grand opening March 9 at Rochester Crossing, the shopping center just off Exit 13 of the Spaulding Tpke. A 12,000 s/f building was constructed to house the new store that will feature grooming and training along with it's over 10,000 pet supply products. "With PetSmart's opening Rochester Crossing is at full capacity. We are so pleased to offer the Seacoast Region shoppers a merchandise selection unduplicated in the area," said Gary Robinson, vice president of leasing at Wilder.
