Portsmouth, NH CBRE | Portsmouth has sold 218 Griffin Rd. for $3.535 million.
Griffin Rd. Realty purchased this 34,704 s/f, single tenant, industrial building from Elder Family Portland Associates, LP. The property is leased on a long-term basis to FedEx.
Kent White of CBRE | Portsmouth and Brian Doherty and David Pergola Jr. of CBRE | New England represented the seller.
