White of Boulos sells 14,711 s/f de Rochemont House for $2.1 million

Newington, NH Kent White of The Boulos Company represented de Rochemont House LLC in the sale of 100 Shattuck Way for $2.1 million. The property consists of 14,711 s/f of medical/office space on a 1.63 acre lot, all leased by Whole Life Health Care through December 31, 2028. The buyer, Blueberry Banke LLC, will take over management of the property.

The de Rochemont House, former home of filmmaker Louis de Rochemont, is on the National Register of Historic Places. Originally known as the Paul House, de Rochemont purchased it in the 1940s and referred to his estate as Blueberry Banke. Louis  de Rochemont was co-creator of the March of Time newsreels and produced films, including The Fighting Lady, winner of the 1944 Academy Award for Best Documentary.
