Weller of Re/Max Five Star sells 1,900 s/f
The 1,900 s/f former medical office of Dr. Malcolm Ekstrand located at the corners of 1464 Warwick Ave. and Squantum Rd. was sold for $255,000.
Jeffrey Weller of Re/Max Five Star Commercial Division was the listing agent.
The new owner, John Nakowicz of Nakowicz Financial Services, has partnered with Veterans Support Services of RI for the purchase and both will be operating offices from this new location.
The co-operating broker was Tony Ricci of Abbott Properties.
