Waterstone welcomes 9,547 s/f ULTA at Ridge Marketplace

Rochester, NH ULTA Beauty has executed a lease at Waterstone’s brand new 308,000 s/f Ridge Marketplace.  ULTA will join the premiere line-up including an 80,000 s/f Market Basket Supermarket, Marshalls, Hobby Lobby, Petco, Famous Footwear and adjacent 225,000 s/f Walmart SuperCenter. Buildout has begun on ULTA’s 9,547 s/f space opening later this summer, and Marshalls, Famous Footwear and Petco will open this month.

ULTA is one of the largest beauty retailers in the United States and the premierbeauty destination for cosmetics, fragrances, skin, hair care products and salon services.   After opening its first store 25 years ago, ULTA has grown to span all over the country.  With an ever changing market, ULTA currently operates 874 stores across 48 states. They offer more than 20,000 products which can be found on the shelves or through their online store.
