Waters of McLaughry leases at Railroad Row
Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for McLaughry Commercial negotiated a 764 s/f office lease between Railroad Row, LLC and Combined Insurance at 35 Railroad Row.
This lease brings the three phases of the Railroad Row project to 100% leased.
The lead developer for the downtown urban redevelopment project is William Bittinger of Bittinger Associates.
