Waters of McLaughry Comm'l. leases 1,200 s/f at Town Center Park
Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for McLaughry Commercial leased 1,200 s/f of first level space to Bear Hollow Vintage Guitars in the Town Center Park, located on US Rte. 4. Minor renovations are being conducted by Richard Colt Construction.
Bear Hollow joins The Local Beat in the Town Center Park.
McLaughry Commercial represents the Town Center Park and assisted the tenant with this lease.
