Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for McLaughry Commercial, transacted the lease between Lebanon Equity Group and Behavioral Information Systems, LLC at 24 Hanover St.
BIS is an informational systems provider specializing in behavioral and human service agencies.
"It was a pleasure to assist BIS in their office search once again, having placed them in their former facility in 1995. It has been interesting to watch them grow and provide additional services to their market," said Waters.
