According to Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Joel Nesson, senior commercial advisor, has leased 8,650 s/f of industrial/flex space at 118 Quinnipiac Ave. The tenant, The B & G Group, is a furniture manufacturer and renovator.
Nesson was the sole broker, representing the landlord, CES Associates and the tenant. The lease value for the transaction was $184,000.
