Waters of Lang McLaughry Commercial leases 5,200 s/f to Oriental Wok
Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for LANG MCLAUGHRY COMMERCIAL negotiated a 5,200 s/f long-term lease between MAV Realty Trust and the Oriental Wok and Tea Room. The restaurant will occupy the former Hollywood Video space.
