Waters of Lang McLaughry Commercial leases 1,500 s/f to Key Communications at the Junction Marketplace

WHITE RIVER JUNCTION, VT Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for LANG MCLAUGHRY COMMERCIAL has completed a 1,500 s/f lease between Execusuite, LLC, landlord and Key Communications, Trust of White River Junction. Key Communications is one of the Upper Valley's largest installers of communication systems for businesses. Key Communications is a certified and manufacturer trained sales, installation and service company for Panasonic and Iwatsu telephone systems. Included in their services is programming, office telephone systems, voice processing, voice mail, paging systems, VOIP and IP camera systems to name a few. Waters said, "The Junction Marketplace is a mixed-use business center located in the heart of the Upper Valley with access to both I-89 and 91." "Because Key Communications services the entire Upper Valley, the central convenience of the Junction Marketplace allows Key Communications to provide quick and efficient service to their customer bases." Steve Knapp, representing Key Communications said, "Besides the central location of the Junction Marketplace, it also provides visibility for our expanding systems sales center and customer convenience." The Junction Marketplace is a 15,000 s/f commercial center on Rte. 5. Other notable tenants are Kinney-Pike Insurance Agency, Kris's Kutts Salon, Bikram Yoga Studio and many professional office tenants. LANG MCLAUGHRY COMMERCIAL represented the landlord in the transaction and assisted the tenant.
