Washington Trust provides $855,000 financing

The Washington Trust Co.'s commercial & industrial lending group recently provided $855,000 in financing to McGovern Enterprises to purchase land at 66 Nooseneck Hill Rd., and to construct an owner-occupied building for Coventry Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine with two rental units. McGovern Enterprises is owned by Edward and Marybeth McGovern of Coventry. "Washington Trust is pleased to provide financing to McGovern Enterprises for its physical therapy facility," said John Warren, chairman and CEO of The Washington Trust Co.
