Washington Trust provides $4.2 million financing

West Haven, CT Washington Trust’s commercial real estate group provided $4.2 million in financing to West Haven-LIR, LLC, for the redevelopment of a 10,504 s/f retail property. The property is located at 354 Saw Mill Rd., directly off of I-95 and a few miles west of New Haven’s central business district. Starbucks, Aspen Dental and Chipotle Mexican Grill currently occupy three of the properties’ four tenant spaces.
