Washington Trust provides $3.7m to Great Brook Ptr.
The Washington Trust Company's commercial real estate group is providing $3.7 million in financing to Great Brook Partner, LLC for the acquisition of 125 acres, road development and infrastructure development for a 51 lot residential subdivision to be known as Great Brook located off Gales Ferry and Daboll Rds.
Great Brook Partner, LLC's members include Thomas Santilli, Peter Santilli and Douglas DeSimone, and was created for the sole purpose of developing the 51 lot residential subdivision.
