Washington Trust provides $2.576 million financing
Washington Trust's commercial real estate group recently provided $2.576 million in financing to 2240 South County Trail, LLC, for property located at 2220 and 2240 South County Trail for a multi-tenanted/light industrial building. Originally the site of East Greenwich Dairy, the two buildings are completely renovated to provide approximately 12,000 s/f of light industrial space and 11,000 s/f of multi-user office space.
"The property's location on Rte. 2, with easy access to Rte. 4, makes it an attractive space for companies interested in locating to an area that has experienced high population growth," said Joseph MarcAurele, Washington Trust chairman, president, and chief executive officer.
