Warwick's Butler Realty Group merges with RE/MAX Professionals

The Warwick-based Butler Realty Group has joined forces with RE/MAX Professionals. The merger unites two of Rhode Island's top commercial real estate groups, and gives the company a total of 65 brokers/sales associates. "We have been in negotiation discussions with Butler Realty Group since 2010," said RE/MAX Professionals co-broker/owner and vice president Len Iannuccilli. "We have wanted to join forces with Butler for several years now because of their expertise in the commercial component of the business and we couldn't be more excited to welcome everyone onboard." Jeff Butler, president and principal owner of Butler Realty Group said, "I have a long-standing professional relationship with the owners of RE/MAX Professionals and I am thrilled to officially announce our partnership. The entire staff at RE/MAX is incredibly hard working and we are excited to enter this new phase." Dan Breault, executive vice president and regional director of RE/MAX of New England, said that the acquisition will be integral to the success of RE/MAX in the future. "RE/MAX Professionals and its commercial division has an outstanding reputation in its market and the acquisition of Butler Realty Group will further develop this already thriving business," said Breault. "We look forward to watching the success of this office and the continued development and expansion of RE/MAX Professionals in the future."
