Ward of Equity Group sells 10,000 s/f former Greyhound facility

White River Junction, VT James Ward, broker for Equity Group Realtors represented the seller and assisted the buyer in the sale of the former Greyhound bus maintenance facility on 44 Sykes Ave.

According to public records the seller was Greyhound Lines, Inc. and sold to WJ Warehouse LLC for $452,000 on March 1. The buyer will use the facility for warehousing and distribution of imported and domestic goods. The property is located at the intersection of I-91 and I-89. The building is 10,000 s/f on one acre. It features: high bay, drive thru doors, good visibility, sprinklers, and compressed air, and fully fenced.

Over the last few years Sykes Ave. has seen several major developments of auto dealers.
