Waldman & Associates nears 100% leased at Walpole Mall

Walpole, MA The 395,000 s/f Walpole Mall welcomed three more new tenants.  The new tenants are Great Clips, Interstate All Battery Center and Boston Bargain Outlet.  Great Clips and Interstate Battery both leased pad sites, and Boston Bargain Outlet leased 11,000 s/f in the interior of the mall.  Dan Waldman of Waldman & Associates represented the Walpole Mall in all the transactions, and Peter Lyons from Dartmouth represented Great Clips.  Several other discount hair retailers made offers on the space, but Great Clips presented the strongest package.  Rob Blanchflower from National Commercial Brokers represented Interstate All Battery Center.   Richard Furtado, All State manager, stated that business has doubled from their previous location.

All the pad sites are now leased with the exception of a 720 s/f unfinished space.

Waldman indicated that there will be additional leases completed in the next few weeks and expects to have the mall 100% leased by the summer.
