Waldman & Associates completes leases in Walpole totaling 5,571 s/f

GG Pizza Company - Walpole, MA

Walpole, MA Dan Waldman of Waldman & Associates has sold four buildings and has completed multiple leases.

Waldman is the exclusive broker for the Walpole Mall and A1 Marketplace, two of the largest retail plazas in the town.  With the demise of Papa Gino’s at the Walpole Mall, Waldman quickly leased the former 2,671 s/f space to GG Pizza Company based in Braintree. The Walpole Mall is at 98% occupancy but has a vacancy in the former Mattress Firm space  which can be divided.  The Walpole Mall also has a permitted pad site for lease too.

Also in Walpole is A1 Marketplace at 643-703 Main St. Waldman has leased space previously to Dollar Tree, Middlesex Bank, Finnegans, Small Steps and State Insurance. The site is also home to Rocky’s Ace Hardware which has extended their lease. This month Waldman completed a long-term lease to Walpole Pharmacy (1,600 s/f) and McCue Fitness (1,300 s/f).

Waldman said, “We do get turnover and it is my job to keep both plazas filled.”
