Vision 3 Architects receives AIA Rhode Island design award

Pawtucket, RI Vision 3 is the recipient of the Honor Award from AIA Rhode Island’s Interiors category for the Pet Food Experts, corporate headquarters. In collaboration with ad lo designs, Vision 3 introduced a biophilic design to bridge a relationship between individuals and their environment. A direct connection to nature was achieved by maximizing employees’ exposure to natural light through space layout design. An indirect connection was achieved with careful consideration and selection of interior colors, patterns, and textures that feel natural and refreshing to staff members in their office environment. The primary goal was to create an office environment that not only improved employee retention but more importantly, to provide an exciting and rejuvenating workspace promoting the physical and mental well-being of employees.

New England Treatment Access (NETA), Medical Marijuana Dispensary in Northampton, Mass., was recognized as the People’s Choice runner-up out of all the design submissions.
