Vidal/Wettenstein sells Camp Seawatch Kennels for $502,000

Newton, CT Vidal/Wettenstein completed the sale of 227 Hattertown Rd. The property is a 1.6 acre parcel, permitted and licensed as a kennel, with a 1,628 s/f barn housing kennels and dog runs. Extensive renovations were made to the property in recent years allowing for the buyer to begin operations seamlessly.

The buyer, Richard Sanders, will be using his new kennel and training facility to expand his business, Empire State K9 Services. Sanders is regarded for his range of services. His new location will facilitate his service offerings in the tri-state area.
