Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate closes 2021 with 31 Jersey Mike’s sites leased

Westport, CT Dan Neaton of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) exclusively represented Jersey Mike’s in executing six leases in the state. The new Jersey Mikes sites are in Danbury, North Haven, Rocky Hill, Simsbury, Waterbury and Watertown.    

These new locations join previous Jersey Mikes lease transactions secured by SCRE, bringing the total to 31 and three additional pending transactions.

Excellent store sales in the region and strong marketing support from Jersey Mike’s corporation have fueled continued development of the brand, and several additional deals are being actively negotiated.
