Vidal/Wettenstein and DVB Realty co-broker $1.55 million sale
The building and land at 16 Fitch St., Norwalk Connecticut has been sold. It had been formerly occupied by the Harco Fitch Company. The building is a 24,000 s/f 2-story brick building situated on three quarters of an acre. The sales price was $1.55 million or $64,58 per s/f. The purchaser, SalesOne, LLC, presently located in Norwalk, will expand into the facility once it has been modified to suit their needs. Salesone is a manufacturer and wholesaler of jewelry and accessories, with a main focus being body and stainless steel jewelry.
Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR of Vidal/Wettenstein represented Salesone, LLC. John Zervos and Bob Virgulak of DVB Realty were the listing brokers. Counsel for the seller was Fiore & Fiore of Norwalk, and counsel for the purchaser was Jonathan Wells.
