Vidal/Wettenstein agent for 6,000 s/f retail site

According to Robert Lewis, partner, Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC has been named the exclusive leasing agent the newly renovated Rowayton retail property a/k/a The Doc Soybel Property. The building, situated on the Five Mile River at 159-165 Rowayton Ave., offers approximately 6,000 s/f of divisible unique waterfront retail space. The property's rich history and prominent location in the heart of Fairfield County's quaint seaside village will provide boutique retailers with a fruitful environment. The current configuration offers prospective tenants spaces of 825 s/f, 950 s/f, 970 s/f, and 3,000 s/f. "We are currently fielding several inquiries from prospective tenants, and intend to pursue a mix of retailers offering synergy within the property, and added value to the community. We look forward to having tenants in place in time to enjoy the summer activities in Rowayton."
