Scott Veloso, vice president of commercial real estate for E.A. McNulty Real Estate, has brokered the first lease at 500 Mendon Rd.
Nail Pro has leased 1,200 s/f.
The retail building will be completed this summer.
Veloso represented the landlord and the tenant.
The project is one of the final phases of a mixed-use, master planned community called Berkeley Commons which consists of 156 condominiums and town-homes.
The commercial village component of the project consists of three buildings containing a total of 21,000 s/f with a mix of residential apartments on the second floor and retail and office space on the ground level.
E.A. McNulty R.E. is the developer and Mack Construction Co. is the general contractor.
