Vantage Builders completes 20,000 s/f interior rehab and build-out

Vantage Builders completed a complete gut and build-out to Jacob Engineering's 20,000 s/f space at 343 Congress St. Vantage also recently completed a major renovation for Edwards and Kelcey, which is now owned by Jacobs. Given a tight time frame and working within a multi-tenanted building, this project required working a lot of 'off' hours and coordinating daily with the landlord, Berkeley Investments. Close collaboration with the Jacobs Engineering design team ensured the renovations were completed on time and on budget. Having completed the initial renovations for American Tower in Woburn, Vantage Builders was hired to renovate the lobby and common areas. Given an 8-week schedule Vantage Builders completed the renovation on time while staging the job to allow employees to work throughout the renovations. Vantage Builders offers contracting services to corporations, developers, property managers, retailers and private institutions throughout New England. Standard construction services include general contracting and construction management. More comprehensive services include design/build and value engineering. In managing and building scores of commercial projects, Vantage Builders has found that versatility is key to its customers' success. Vantage Builders experience includes specialized tenant build-outs, standard property improvements, base building work and construction from the ground up.
