Valentine Group leases 102,798 s/f for Merrimack Valley Wood Products

According to Ralph Valentine of The Valentine Group, Total Air Supply will be leasing the entire building and site at 1 B St. The building is 102,798 s/f and is located on an 8 acre parcel. The building was home to Merrimack Valley Wood Products, a 60+ year old manufacturer and distributor of windows, doors and millwork to the building industry. The business assets were sold to Jackson Lumber in late 2009. Total Air Supply was started in 1975 by Ben Quintiliani. Total Air is a wholesale distributor to the HVAC industry, and operates a custom fabrication metal shop. Their products can be found in both commercial and residential applications. Sue Quintiliani, who now runs the company for her dad, expects to be fully operational by May. Ralph Valentine, CCIM represented the owner of the property and Brad Vear, CCIM of Vear Commercial, represented the tenant.
