Valenti and Calabrese of the R. Calabrese Agency lease 2,400 s/f

Southington, CT Tony Valenti and Ralph Calabrese of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC completed the lease of 2,400 s/f of retail space located at 832 Queen St. to SMASHBURGER. 

SMASHBURGER celebrated the grand opening of their fourth restaurant in Connecticut on June 22th.  SMASHBURGER menu offers a variety of fresh burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, fries and other tasty sides and hand-spun shakes.   

SMASHBURGER’s three other locations in Connecticut are located in Manchester, Milford and Waterford.  The R. Calabrese Agency, LLC represented the landlord, West Queen Developers, LLC.  Mohegan Southington (SM), LLC the SMASHBURGER franchisee was represented by Peter Levine of Charter Realty and Development Corp.
