Calabrese Agency, LLC of Waterbury, Conn. completed the sale of a net ground lease for a  Texas Roadhouse restaurant located on Rte. 9 (Russell St.).  Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is a public company with over 450 restaurants in 49 states, as well as in 4 countries internationally.  The 7,160 s/f building on 2 acres is situated at a signalized intersection at the entrance to a Lowe’s Home Improvement store.

The restaurant’s location on Route 9, a heavily traveled corridor, provides convenient access to the Texas Roadhouse from a strong market with a trade area including such retailers as; Walmart, Whole Foods, Old Navy, Marshals, Bed Bath and Beyond, and other recognized retail.
