Handled by James Linfield of the New England UMF office, the wood residences were built in the 1980s and sold by Jaleo, LLC to Mill Street Realty Trust with fixed rate financing provided by Gomberg Lending, LLC. The CAP rate was 11.29 % with the property having a gross annual income of $78,000.
