The signed leases are with Boston Interiors (17,757 s/f) and Carter's Diamonds & Fine Jewelers (5,068 s/f). Being developed by Nordblom Company, the 3rd Ave retail-walking street will be anchored by Wegmans and Kings Bowl and home to The Bancroft, Cambridge Savings Bank, Tony C's, and Redstone American Grill. "Carter's Diamonds & Fine Jewelers and Boston Interiors further add to the high quality of tenants we are attracting to the 3rd Ave project. It is rewarding to watch 3rd Ave evolve into such a unique collection of dining, entertaining, and shopping experiences," said Douglas Wynyard, senior vice president for Nordblom. Boston Interiors is a leading specialty home furnishings retailer serving the Boston metropolitan area, offering customers a blend of stylish, finely-crafted furniture and accessories, professional design assistance, and exceptional value. Since 2001, Carter's Diamonds & Fine Jewelers has been the premier destination for engagement and fine jewelry in the North Shore communities. Carrying such lines as Tacori, Hearts On Fire, Movado and Pandora, customers will have an array of world-renowned brands to choose from. 3rd Ave, a unique addition to the Rte. 128 corridor, is being developed as a wide boulevard lined with restaurants, cafés, retail boutiques and other service amenities, with a focus on pedestrian walkways and public green space. The development is easily accessible to major area roadways, and is bounded by Rte. 3, the Middlesex Turnpike and Rte. 128/I-95.
