Two International Group leases 15,750 s/f

Portsmouth, NH According to Two International Group (TIG), Global Aquaculture Alliance will be relocating to 15,750 s/f at 85 New Hampshire Ave. This new building is currently under construction and estimated to be delivered by spring 2018.  85 New Hampshire Ave. will add another 30,000 s/f of class A office space to TIG’s current portfolio and allow them to continue supporting their large, and growing tenant base. 

President of Two International Group, Dan Plummer said, “It’s always great to see the businesses of our tenants grow and to be able to accommodate their needs.  GAA is doing tremendously well and their ability to continue expanding at Pease is further proof that the area offers a robust opportunity to employers looking to attract and retain talent.”
