TRUE Commercial Real Estate opens 3,915 s/f Build-A-Bear store

New York, NY Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. celeBEARated the opening of it’s new flagship store on 34th St. on October 27th.  Adam Zeiberg, partner at TRUE Commercial Real Estate represented Build-A-Bear, and Jason Pruger and Harrison Abramowitz of Newmark represented the landlord in the transaction.

Build-A-Bear was previously in the Empire State Building, but relocated to its new location adjacent to the Empire State Building in Sol Goldman Investments’ Building at 350 Fifth Ave. between East 33rd and East 34th Sts.  The new store will consist of 2,545 s/f on the ground floor, and 1,370 s/f in the lower level.

“They did well at Empire State Building,” Zeiberg said. “They wanted to remain in this vibrant market, so they relocated very close to their former location.”

In addition to celebrating a new location in Manhattan, Build-A-Bear is also celebrating 20 years in business.
