Trinity Managment named property manager of 98-unit Northridge Homes

Beverly, MA Trinity Management, LLC became the property management team for Northridge Homes, a 98-unit community located between Sohier Rd. and Brimbal Ave.

Built in 1975, Northridge Homes is an established community comprised of two-story townhouses. It is cooperative housing. That means individuals don’t own their actual residence, but rather a share in a corporation that owns all the buildings. They are referred to as members, not tenants. There are low, moderate and market-rate units.

The Northridge Homes Board chose Trinity Management because of its good reputation in the affordable housing community.

“We are excited to add this wonderful property to our North Shore portfolio,” said Trinity’s CEO Kate Franco. “We look forward to a long and happy relationship with all the members.”

With the new shopping plaza next to the property scheduled for completion soon, members are looking forward to greater convenience in shopping for groceries and such. But convenience is certainly one of the attractions of Northridge, which sits down a bit from the Sohier Road/Brimbal Ave. exits off Rte. 128.

Investing in a falling rate environment - by Harrison Klein

Long-term interest rates have fallen by 100 basis points, and the market is normalizing. In December of 2022 I wrote an article about investing in a high interest rate, high inflation market. Since then, inflation has cooled off, and the Fed has begun lowering their funds rate.
