Trinity Management Company awarded AMO accreditation by IREM

Boston, MA Trinity Management, LLC earned the AMO (Accredited Management Organization) accreditation from Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Trinity Management joins an exclusive group of nearly 600 real estate management companies world-wide that have met the requirements to earn this distinction.

AMOs demonstrate strong financial performance, outstanding leadership, and adhere to a Code of Professional Ethics strictly enforced by IREM to maintain integrity beyond reproach. Accreditation as an AMO requires firms to follow best practices in real estate management, demonstrating that they meet standards and functions related to operations and service. Property owners can be assured that an AMO will put their interests first.

“Here at Trinity, we pride ourselves on being able to provide the best living conditions possible while still being at a low and affordable rate for low-income families,” said Scott Chakoutis, CPM, ACoM, NAHP-regional director. “We have worked tirelessly towards this since the beginning of the company back in 2012. Trinity could not be more excited to receive such an honorary accreditation for all the hard work that our team has done over the years. We would like to thank all of Trinity employees who made all of this possible!”

“By earning the AMO accreditation, your business earns the respect of your peers, employees, future employees, and your clients,” said Barry Blanton, CPM, 2022 IREM president and founding principal at Blanton Turner, an AMO real estate management and consulting firm based in Seattle. “You’re joining an elite group of companies operating at the top of their game, and the AMO designation puts you at the top of the industry for reputation, stability, and exceptional, ethical conduct. Congratulations to Trinity for this achievement and relentless pursuit of excellence in real estate management.”

For over 85 years, IREM members have made them one of the world’s strongest voices for all things real estate management. Almost 20,000 leaders in commercial and residential management call it home for education, support and networking. The CPM, ARM, ACoM, and AMO certifications are internationally recognized symbols of ethical leadership and a well-managed property. And their tools deliver decades of on-the-job know-how to help members get even better at what they do.

Trinity Management provides property management services for condominiums, resident associations, cooperatives, community development corporations, non-profit and for-profit developers.
