Triglione of Nordlund Associates, Inc. brokers 65,000 s/f lease to Teledyne DG O'Brien

Teledyne DG O'Brien recently leased 65,000 s/f of industrial manufacturing space at 162 Corporate Dr. The tenant, Teledyne DG OBrien, was represented by Anthony Triglione, vice president of Nordlund Associates, Inc. and Margaret O'Brien of CBRE Portsmouth represented the landlord. "We are excited to relocate our offices and manufacturing operation from Seabrook, NH to the Pease Tradeport area. The building will suit our growing operational needs and our staff is looking forward to the amenities Portsmouth has to offer," said vice president and general manager, Patrick Barry. Teledyne designs and manufactures systems to transmit signals, data and power in applications such as aircraft, biomedical devices, deep-sea exploration vehicles, nuclear power and submarines.
