Teledyne DG O'Brien recently leased 65,000 s/f of industrial manufacturing space at 162 Corporate Dr. The tenant, Teledyne DG OBrien, was represented by Anthony Triglione, vice president of Nordlund Associates, Inc. and Margaret O'Brien of CBRE Portsmouth represented the landlord.
