Jim Fox of Kinlin Grover Commercial has sold 100 Dillingham Ave., "The Nimrod," an 11,000 s/f mixed-use building on 1.2 acres. The purchase price was $675,000.
Fox represented the buyer, Warren Dalton of North Falmouth and the seller S.A. Challenger of Chicago IL. The building was sold with the demolition permits in hand. The buyer is planning to redevelop the site while incorporating portions of the existing structure into a new mixed use development.
