Trevor Davis completes two leases totaling 11,418 s/f
Trevor Davis, CCIM, of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate LLC leased 5,300 s/f to the Hartford Courant at 440 Middlefield St. The landlord, Middletown Revival, LLC, has rehabilitated the four-building complex that contains Baldwin Pergolas and Furniture and other tenants. Davis represented the landlord and Jennifer Gosselin of CBRE New England represented the tenant.
Davis also leased 2,500 s/f to Charles Computer Services, LLC and 3,618 s/f of office space to Change, Inc., at 98 Washington St., above the restaurant Luce. The landlord, RAMO, LLC, owns the corner parking lot and the mixed-use building that includes office space, apartments and the restaurant, Luce. Davis was the sole broker in the transactions.
