National Realty Advisors negotiates 5,292 s/f long-term lease

National Realty Advisors, LLC has negotiated a long-term lease for 5,292 s/f of office space on behalf of Goldberg, Yolles & Lepore, LLC in The Rutherford Building at Blue Back Square, 65 Memorial Rd. Blue Back Square is a mixed-use office, retail, medical and residential development, conveniently located in West Hartford Center. Tenants include Hartford Hospital, Crate & Barrel, Barnes & Noble, Criterion Cinemas, The Cheescake Factory, REI, New York Sports Club, Whole Foods, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse, Cummings & Lockwood and many others. Goldberg, Yolles and Lepore, LLC is a full-service investment consulting company affiliated with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network, LLC. It provides fee based investment advisory services to institutional and high net-worth private clientele. Jeff Streett of National Realty Advisors, LLC represented the tenant, and Sean O'Neil of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. represented the landlord, SOF-IX Blueback Square Holdings, L.P.
