Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate LLC, completed the following transactions at Middletown Business Park, according to Trevor Davis, CCIM: All Star Software Systems expanded to lease 6,236 s/f at 440 Smith St. and Security Plus leased 3,200 s/f at 436 Smith St. Davis represented the landlord, BostonMiddletown, LLC, and Jennifer Gosselin of CBRE New England represented the tenant.
Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate has brought Middletown Business Park from 47% to 80% leased for the landlord. The 75,000 s/f office and light industrial park has great access from I-91 at Country Club Road (Exit 20), or Rte. 372, Cromwell (Exit 21), between Middle St. and Industrial Park Rd. Available spaces range from 400 s/f office suites to 4,000 s/f office/flex/warehouse spaces.
