* 429C Hayden Station Rd.- 8,900 s/f. The new lease to be used for general office and service center for Simplex Grinnell, LP. Chris Metcalfe of CB Richard Ellis was the broker for the tenant and Donald McLaughlin of The Windsor Management Co. represented the landlord in this transaction.
* 429D Hayden Station Rd.- 5,200 s/f. The lease renewal for general office, electronic assembly, storage and distribution of products for Singulus Technologies. Inc. McLaughlin of The Windsor Management Co. was the sole broker in this transaction.
* 4278 Hayden Station Rd.- 7,234 s/f. The lease renewal for general office, including commercial office space, service, sales and warehousing of tenant's products for New England Communications Systems Corp. McLaughlin of The Windsor Management Co. was the sole broker in this transaction.
