TRB renovates 6,401 s/f for Opti-Sciences

TRB Development Group, Inc. has completed renovations to the Opti-Sciences building at 8 Winn Ave. TRB completed this project in less than seven weeks to meet the owners' schedule. The project consisted of total demolition and gut of the existing 6,401 s/f office area and interior build-out of same to meet office and manufacturing requirements; total demolition and gut of existing wall partitions, flooring, and ceilings; selective demolition of existing HVAC and electrical; design build updates and expansion of electrical and HVAC systems; and complete new interior with commercial grade finishes.
