TRB Realty closes $4.05 million sale of Horace Mann Square
Franklin, MA On behalf of Horace Mann Square, LLC, TRB Realty has closed the $4.05 million ($442.33 per s/f) sale of Horace Mann Square located at the signalized intersection of 150 Emmons St. and Rte. 140. The property is a single-story, multi-tenanted retail strip center built in 2017 sited on less than 1 acre with 37 off-street parking spaces.
“I am extremely proud of the Horace Mann Square development, which will serve the entire Franklin community for generations. Once again, TRB Realty did a great job marketing and selling another iconic retail asset,” said Calarese Properties principal Roger Calarese.
According to TRB president Tom Blakely, “The sale of Horace Mann Square demonstrates that demand for high-quality retail properties the caliber of HMS are coveted by well-informed retail investors.”
TRB Realty was the sole broker of record.
