Allston, MA Exclusively on behalf of Stadium Auto Body and Shodis Realty Trust, in a portfolio sale transaction that closed in October 2016, TRB Realty negotiated on behalf of ownership a 50-50 joint venture transaction with Mugar Enterprises, which resulted in the successful sale and transfer of the Stadium Portfolio on Western Ave. to Western Avenue Joint Venture LLC, for a proposed redevelopment anticipated to be anchored by the construction of 539,400
