Tranzon Auction and CBRE|Boulos sell YWCA Building - $2.35 million

The YWCA Building on Spring St. has sold for $2.35 million with $900,000 going to fund the building of low income housing in Portland. Through the joint efforts of CBRE |The Boulos Companies, Tranzon Auction Properties and YWCA counsel Verrill Dana, the transaction was consummated on July 10. The buyers were a joint partnership between the Portland Museum of Art and Maine Workforce Housing, LLC. "This transaction couldn't have happened without the cooperation of all parties." said Tom Saturley, president of Tranzon.  Greg Boulos, partner of CBRE| Boulos said, "We are very pleased with the results and want to thank all parties involved for their patience and perspective during this complicated transaction."
