Tousignant joins Fantini & Gorga as senior director

Boston, MA According to Fantini & Gorga, Peter Tousignant has joined the firm as a senior director, where he will be responsible for originating, structuring, and closing transactions across numerous property types. He brings a diverse set of real estate finance experiences, having held positions with several real estate development firms in Maine, as well as with TD Bank. A graduate of the University of Arizona with an MBA from the University of Southern Maine, Tousignant has particular experience using both conventional financing and tax credit solutions for the acquisition, construction, and refinance of commercial and multifamily properties. 

Fantini & Gorga, headquartered in Boston, specializes in assisting its clients in arranging traditional debt, mezzanine, and equity financing for all commercial property types.
