Phoenix Commercial R.E. has leased 10,334 s/f of office, warehouse and garage space at 456 Montello St.
The brick structure, which formerly served as the city of Brockton Public Works facility, sits on a one acre parcel on Rte.28.
Advanced Pipe Inspection, the tenant, provides closed circuit television inspection services, pipe repair, sewer and drain cleaning services to utilities, municipalities and construction companies throughout New England.
