Tito and McGee of NAI Hunneman broker $1.6 million sale of apartment building
NAI Hunneman has brokered the $1.6 million sale of 484 Commercial St., a five-unit brick apartment building in the North End. NAI Hunneman's Robert Tito, executive vice president and principal and sales associate Dan McGee represented the seller and procured the buyer.
"We utilized a 'call for offers approach' with a competitive asking price which resulted in 45 showings and 17 offers on the property," said Tito. "Our approach combined with the building's strategic location in the North End/Waterfront made it an appealing asset."
The property contains five, one, two, and three-bedroom units and 5,900 gross s/f. There is also one, four-bedroom, two-story penthouse with a roof deck.
